I started Coop and Co. in March 2020 when we all needed to hunker down and be at home.
I like to stay busy and always welcome a challenge.
I don't consider myself a baker, but I have learned to make macarons by making countless batches with successes AND failures.
Each macaron is baked and filled by hand. I like to use local ingredients and seasonal flavors. Macarons just make people happy!.
